The village walks will take you back to days long gone with the heritage tour and allow you to witness large-scale sculptures by renown artists in a beautiful natural setting.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tOn the Mountain\n\t<\/h2>\n<h3>\n\t\tChute du P\u00e9kan (Fisher Fall) | Parc d\u2019environnement naturel de Sutton\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>A great family hike! This easy trail takes you through a superb deciduous forest along a clear mountain brook. Your kids will love scrambling over rocks and jumping over streams. You\u2019ll definitely want to take the time to enjoy the lovely waterfall &amp; ferns trimmed rocks at the trail end.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Difficulty: Easy<\/li>\n<li>Loop<\/li>\n<li>2,4 km<\/li>\n<li>Elevation Gain: 135 m<\/li>\n<li>Average time : 1 h<\/li>\n<li><strong>Free<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.parcsutton.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Website<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/suttontourism.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/LR-chute-du-pe\u0301kanLR.jpg\" alt=\"Chute du pe\u0301kan\" itemprop=\"image\" title=\"Chute du pe\u0301kan\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n<h3>\n\t\tDevil\u2019s Pass | Sentiers de l\u2019Estrie | Echo Zone\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>The Devil\u2019s Pass owes it\u2019s name to the narrow ravine filled with moss covered boulders, testament to its geological past &amp; centuries of mountain erosion. The land is mostly uninhabited &amp; covers 100,000 acres which makes it one of the last great wild expanses in Southern Quebec. Off the beaten path, this rich natural habitat is essential to the survival of many species such as the lynx &amp; the bear. At 1,000 feet above sea level, the 14 km network of trails just beg to be explored! Don\u2019t forget to pack a picnic to really make the most of your trip. Simply park in the village and walk over to the trail head at the Park Godue on Maple Street. From there follow the trail along the river and it won\u2019t be long before you feel the magic of the tall hemlocks &amp; gushing waters. At Highland Street, turn left and continue for a few minutes along the road until you see tha large sign at the trailhead. At each viewpoint &amp; picnic area take in the wild beauty of the Sutton Mountains. This easy hike will take you to the beautiful stone pools that is the Witches\u2019 Cauldron. Indulge in the peace &amp; solitude of this forest trail, away from the crowds you might find on more popular routes. Treat yourself to 3 hours of pure hiking pleasure on the mountain\u2019s sunny western slope under the leafy canopy of maples &amp; yellow birches. At the top, follow the ridge on a fragrant trail of stunted fir trees. The viewpoints at the top will make all your efforts well worth it!
